The Smith Method

I’ve loved fitness and movement for as long as I can remember.

I grew up in team sports and learned how powerful it feels to move your body with confidence and support around you. But even with that background, I remember feeling intimidated in the gym and sticking to cardio machines because the weights room felt overwhelming.

That feeling of not knowing where to start is exactly why I built The Smith Method.

I wanted to create a space where women could learn how to train properly, build strength with confidence, and feel genuinely supported without judgement, pressure or confusion.

Today, I coach women through simple strength training, balanced habits and community driven support so they can feel strong, consistent and proud of what they’re capable of.
